The order and the difference between the programs ratings should be about the same in USCF, but to convert the actual rating numbers is not doable. The same problem occurs for every conversion between different geografical areas where the players are not meeting each other much across the borders. Humans or computers doesn't matter here. On top of this we have the fact that the formulas used to compute the ratings are not 100% equal. This problem however is not as serious as the one mentioned above where the two pools of players are almost isolated from each other. //Peter
