I thought that the meaning of one hour per game is one hour for every player but
I am not sure about it and you may be right.

Judit-Fritz was 30 minutes for each side.

I think that Fritz won a tournament in Frankfurt in slightly faster time control
with 9.5 out of 11(20 or 25 minutes per game).
