Notable
Top spot goes to Amateur, which leaped over the 2600 mark for the first time.
Playing a lot of games (to test out the new DSL connection), Amateur got
lucky against against some cstal clones, plus the odd diep account. This is
fun, no?
Arasan showed the greatest gain (114 points), and Hossa again played the most
blitz games (323).
New highs were scored by Amateur (2606) and Galahad (2494).
A prediction, if I may: Galahad will top the list within a month or two.
And, hello, let's have some challenges to Amateur in standard. I still
lead in that time control. Whatsamattau?

u2600 Position of the Week
Here's a game between Amateur and LambChop (Beadle) in which a complicated
middlegame position proves too much for Amateur. First, have a look at
49. a5. Most progs might play Qb4. While a5 is pretty interesting,
my contention is that 49. Bxe5 is correct, and probably wins due to the
b or c pawn advancing.

Secondly, look at the position after 49. a5. The winning move for Black
is 49...Ndf3, found by Beadle, but does your prog find the winning move,
for the right reason?
