I combined the compile flags from Larry Applebaum with the technique of combining all source files (except the C++ file) into a single file and let the compiler inline like mad. The result is a crafty version that is *significantly* faster than any other version I have tested. Larry sent me a new version of his binary, and I am benching that one right now.
