a one hour game is not exactly what we can consider tournament time control either! any tournament player can tell you that's a short time control. i am not expecting fritz to come up with a great showing but to consider it a hack meat is surely not the case. polgar, anand, yusupov and gelfand matches should tell us that fritz can come up with a possible decent result, and the masters themselves are not preparing not only for the computer but against each other as well which can exact toll in their stamina and this is not considering the amount of effort they have to put up during the tournament. the computer don't have this problem. again: one hour time limit is a short one and should favor the computer one way or the other.
