Work continues on the revised specification.  Instead of having several
different specifications for EPD, PGN,, etc., the work under development
is a completely unified approach.  It will include, although perhaps not
in the next version, a complete C++ programming toolkit.

So please be patient.  I just got a new machine and testing is underway as
I write this.
