Maybe they did not put the effort into getting rating accurate enough. Easy fix, buy CM6K, they did plenty of testing for the ratings, and I find them to be pretty spot on. Do not bother with Hiarcs, CM6K is stronger and looks better if you just want a game of chess :-)
