I think that the time may be also different if you give it all the game I did not check this specific case but I know from experience with Fritz5.16 that the behaviour may be sometimes different if you give it position with no moves before it or position with moves before it. This is not because of repetition line because it can happen even in cases when the last move was a capture. The game before the relevant position: 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Ba4 Nf6 5.0-0 Be7 6.Re1 b5 7.Bb3 0-0 8.c3 d6 9.h3 Na5 10.Bc2 c5 11.d4 Qc7 12.Nbd2 cxd4 13.cxd4 Nc6 14.Nb3 a5 15.Be3 a4 16.Nbd2 Bd7 17.Rc1 Qb7 18.Qe2 exd4 19.Nxd4 Rfc8 20.Bd3 b4 21.f4 Nxd4 22.Bxd4 Rxc1 23.Rxc1 Bc6 24.Qe3 Re8 25.b3 axb3 26.axb3 d5 27.e5 Ne4 28.Qe2 h6 29.g4 Ra8 30.Nf3 Bd8 31.Kg2 Bd7 32.Nd2 Ra2 33.Rc2 Nc3 34.Qf3 Rxc2 35.Bxc2 Bb5 36.Bxc3 bxc3 37.Qxc3 d4+ 38.Qf3 Here Fritz5.32 did the mistake Qxf3+ I also do not like 35...Bb5 and Fritz5(16 bit) does not play it.
