Subject: Will next version of Junior have underpromotion code?

Since Junior5 does not have underpromotion code, I am wondering whether next
version of Junior, probably Junior 6, will have underpromotion code, won't it?
Well, basically all strongest chess programs should be 100% state of art, right?
In other words, since Junior5 does not have underpromotion code, it cannot be
100% state of art, is it?
