Subject: Does anyone else have this problem? (Fritz 5.32)

I set up Fritz 5.32 for an engine vs. engine series between Fritz 5.32 and Comet
A98.  The time controls were set to 40/2.  When I checked the results the next
day, I saw that Fritz won 4 games, Comet won 2.  Both of the Comet wins were due
to Fritz losing on time (in each case, Fritz had a material advantage).  Has
anyone else experienced problems with Fritz losing on time?  Any solutions to
this problem?
