I am really confused now. I tried that position on my H7.32 and found that at 40/2, H7.32 found the move 27. fxg6 in 38 seconds at the 8th ply and subsequently made that move. At infinite analysis, it took H7.32 till the 9th ply to find 27. fxg6 but it stayed with that move through the completion of the 10th ply, after which I stopped searching. I have no indication that my H7.32 would play Kxg2 at tournament time control. eric
