Just to clarify, I'm not suggesting any radical changes since many
do this already. Hans for example does the following:

[Date "1999.04.06"]
[Round "04"]

[Black "ChessMaster 6000 P200MMX 16MB"]

Here is all the information that is required. What I would like to see is
that this standard be adopted by all who post computer games.

Actually the only question in the above example is about the ELO.
Is that really an ELO rating or an SSDF one?
