I think this policy is a little too strict. What exactly is the problem?
Is someone abusing this club with their hotmail accounts?
Or do you want to prevent people who have been kicked out from coming back with
a different identity?

Personally, I'm in the Navy. And wherever I go, there is an Internet cafe...
whether it's in Bahrain, in Pusan, Australia or wherever.

And how am I able to read CCC? I log on as I normally do... no problem.
And how do I read my email? I log on to my hotmail account. I also have
my regular account from my ISP, but I can't take it with me wherever I go.

I'd say that I'd vote no on your proposal. That's just as a personal issue.
Baldo.
