Both. And this is the only solution to prevent it.

No problem, I didn't expect everyone agreeing on that.
Only my personal issue too.

And 2 more points:
1) I think it is neither too hard nor inacceptable to ONCE send ID proof.
2) there are certainly guys hiding their identity for special dubious reasons.

I suspect they will be the ones shouting loudest at my "idea".
