I see a practical problem here: how are you going to determine which accounts are "anonymous". I mean, we all know the big providers like Hotmail, Yahoo, Netscape or GMX. But I bet there are a whole bunch of others floating around that we never heard of and which would be a truckload of work to investigate. (So your tiny "etc." above may actually be a very long list.) Or will you take the painful task of checking the account nature of any new signup? If someone comes along as "johndoe@sukiyaki.jp", are you going to check if this is a qualified company address or an anonymous provider? Just curious, --- Shep
