I see a practical problem here: how are you going to determine which accounts
are "anonymous". I mean, we all know the big providers like Hotmail, Yahoo,
Netscape or GMX. But I bet there are a whole bunch of others floating around
that we never heard of and which would be a truckload of work to investigate.
(So your tiny "etc." above may actually be a very long list.)
Or will you take the painful task of checking the account nature of any new
signup? If someone comes along as "johndoe@sukiyaki.jp", are you going to check
if this is a qualified company address or an anonymous provider?
