Banning hotmail would hit a lot of honest people right in the face, and would
provide only a minor speed bump for those who are intent upon causing trouble.
Those who are not intent upon causing trouble, but cause trouble sort of
incidentally, can be handled as individual cases, and would be just as likely to
use a non-anonymous account, I think.

Maybe I'm missing something, but this doesn't seem like a big problem at the
moment anyway.

Perhaps I've seen a few bozos using hotmail, but the largest problem that I can
remember involved someone who used almost everything *except* hotmail.
