And since it would really be only him who would have to collect the personal ID from people I think your suggestion will not happen. I would not think that he would leave it to a current set of moderators to obtain personal details about people. I think most of us have no problem with Steven if he was the one to handle these details. But as for anyone else. Well I would not trust them for anything. So maybe time to drop this topic, it has been talked about and looks like will not happen, which is for the best. I think members with free email accounts on here are pretty ashamed of being labelled as possible troublemakers :-( Why should people who have been posting on here for a very long time with free email accounts have to now prove themselves for not being bad. If you look at Steven's stats on the issue, free email is not really an issue.
