You stated in your original post the tournament was being held with the 12
strongest programs of today. The problem I have with that is the programs being
tested which are not available; for example, Chessmaster 5500, which your
description only makes me frustrated that I can't purchase this program. Isn't
it more relevant to test programs that are available? Would you offer me CM5500
for sale? All this does is make me want to fly over to Germany, find out where
you live, locate an expert burglar, and I think you know the rest :-).

I think your tournament is an extremely interesting event that will stir up some
controversy, but give us some relevant information on the programs which are
available.

You are to be congratulated for running a tournament of this type. I hope you
will reconsider and include CM 6000 because of the great amount of controversy
surrounding this program as to whether or not it deserves such a high SSDF
rating. By the way, if you'll send me CM 5500, I'll send you both my Mephisto
Atlanta and Novag Diamond - give it some thought :-).
