I have autoplayed some blitzgames varying from 10-min to 30-min. PC:P II 400
128 MB, HTables 45 MB each. RESULTS: 10-min Hiarcs-Fritz 21-19.
(including 10 games played with a special Kings-Gambit Book /tree made of 13000
games/ - 6-4 to Hiarcs !) 20-min Hiarcs-Fritz 12-8
Nunn-test. 30-min Hiarcs-Fritz
16,5-13,5. The last match was a tough one ! Played with the Powerbooks as
openingbooks. After 20 games result was even. I will look at these games a
little later. Noticed that Hiarcs, in timepressure -50 sec left- totally
blundered a whole piece. And throwed away a close to winning position into a
rapid loss in the endgame. Things can happen ! Question: What is
the effect of having "permanent brain" switched on or off in autoplay ?
