If there are people currently banned, the old moderators should tell the new ones who they are, and why they are banned, so that they can decide how they want to deal with these situations. 2) That's up to the moderators to decide, but hopefully they are working well enough together than they would agree to the decision. If the moderators agree to operate via majority vote, and are voting 2-1 consistently, then they are probably having big problems and should try to fix them. 3) That's also up to the moderators to decide. When I was a moderator, we trusted each other enough that one person could ask you to delete a post if it looked obviously bad. bruce
