all of the 3 vs 2 Nalimov files are available at ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB/

all of the files available require about 6 gigs compressed (you can leave them
compressed for crafty, I don't know about hiarcs) and almost 23 gigs if you
uncompress them...
