I think that members who were evicted from this forum should have the same
possibilities of returning independently of who the moderators are. It shouldn't
be necessary for that person to grovel (unnecessarily humiliating), but I think
a simple request followed by a trial period should be sufficient. If the person
has become less vitriolic then this will become evident and no problems should
ensue, if not, a warning, and finally a renewed eviction if absolutely
necessary. Mind you even if this person during a trial period were to have a
post removed for whatever reason this isn't necessarily grounds for a warning.
Judgement would need to be used there.

All three IMO. It's a strong course of action to take. If the cause for
deliberation does indeed warrant eviction then I am sure all 3 moderators will
see it, if not, then perhaps the 'crimes' were not quite as serious as all that.

Hard call. I'd say one according to the principle that the moderator was chosen
in the belief that they can judge these things on their own, but that is
entirely a matter of trust. If it is feared that this isn't completely obvious,
then two to play it safe.
