Hi,

due too many experiments done on my computers I often have to re-install them
and I know similar problems to that you are describing .

There are 2 possibilities I think:

a.) Your fritz-installation is messed up; reinstall fritz, get the june-update
from www.chessbase.com => download and check if everthing is ok again.

b.) The other engine you are trying to load causes the problems ; try one of the
engines you have on your original CD like Doctor?3.0 ; better now ?

c.) the last and very unlikely possibility is that something is wrong with your
Windows-Installation .

If you already tried all this sorry for wasting your time :)
