Use the freeware program PGN Extract:
http://www.cs.ukc.ac.uk/people/staff/djb/extract.html

Then running the DOS executable I did like this:

1) Extract 'extract.zip' into any folder, for example C:\extract.

2) Copy all games into a file called for instance 'convert.txt'
(Yes, it doesn't have to be a ogn file! And the move format can be pretty
much anything!)

3) Put 'convert.txt' into C:\extract

4) Creat a file 'name.txt' in C:\extract with the following two lines

Player "Fritz 5.32"
Player "Hiarcs 7.32"

5) Go to the MS-DOS prompt and the directory C:\extract

6) Type the following command line and hit ENTER

extract -tname.txt -ogames.pgn convert.txt

7) Now you will have all the games in a file called 'games.pgn' still
with comments and everything!

Enjoy,
Robert
