Do you want an image of blank scoresheet? I have one that I designed in Excel 97, for kids (they need larger boxes to write the moves). If you try to use a scanned scoresheet, the image quality may not be very good. You might be better off designing one yourself to fit within your available screen area (there are really no "official" scoresheets, as long as it has places for all the necessary info and the same rough format, it's o.k.).
