SSDF has CM6K as number 2, even if it did slip (I think it's current rating is pretty reliable over a 100 game match). It has proved itself worthy to be in the top 5 programs. Even if it did poorly (I doubt it) in one match, or did great in one match, it would prove little either way. SSDF has played many more games. I was most interested in the Shep page when he focused on mixing up free and commercial. This was one place to get Crafty performance data against other programs (not just test cases). He no longer matches the programs I am interested in much any more, Crafty and CM6K for instance. I still look at his page and recommend it, but I wish it had more Crafty and CM6K data. I would have liked to see how Crafty 6-6 and Crafty 6-10 compare to the others, my guess is Crafty has made some progress. Best Regards, Chris Carson Best Regards, Chris Cason
