Once compressed, the biggest file is krpkq.nbw.emd, its size is 126025 Kb, much less than 640 Mb. If you do not want to split them, I am sure they will all fit in 10 CD's. One option is to burn them in a single DVD (I do not know if it has been done). If you have a very fast machine with lots of RAM, you can try to generate them all.
