I agree 99%.  Personally, I am not up to the task of Moderator.  I can only
admire those people who are willing to do the job.  It is not completly
thankless though.  I offer my personal thanks to those who have served before
and to those who are to follow.  Without them I fear this could become a much
worse place to read and post.  Now I have to decide who to sentence to "Hell".
