It is possible that Fritz expected 17...Ng6 after playing the 17th move.
Hiarcs7.32 used 511 seconds to play 17...Ng6 and Fritz at the same time used
the permanent brain for 511 seconds so it had more time to consider move 18

If you want to know if Fritz could find move 18 at tournament time control then
I think that you should give it to calculate move 17 and after it play 17.f4 to
wait 511 seconds  and only then to play 17...Ng6 and to see what is the move of
Fritz because in the game Fritz waited 511 seconds for the move of Hiarcs7.32.

I think that tania is using the same opening twice(one time for white and one
time for black.
