Have the financial aspects of Deep Blue been worked out between Hsu and IBM? In other words, who "owns" Deep Blue - is it IBM or Hsu (and team)? Will Hsu have to pay off IBM to run with Deep Blue on his own or will some kind of agreement occur that gives IBM a share of what Hsu may earn with a commercial Deep Blue? Thanks.
