But I'd bet that it won't be called "deep blue". It might be called something like "superchess, by the designer of deep blue" or some such thing. IE I doubt IBM will want a PeeCee product with the real deep blue name attached. But I haven't asked him. He did indicate in the IEEE article that he has started a company to produce this. Which means that the legal details must have been resolved. IBM might go for "baby blue" or some such to keep the name "deep blue" in the public's mind...
