I do not agree that it has no further criteria to evaluate positions.
I agree that it does not understand this position but the same is for CStal

+2.59 is too optimistic and I think that the advantage of black is not so big
and 0.4 pawn is more realistic

I think the chances to win with 1 pawn material advantage with no compensation
in the middle game are better.

I believe that Fritz did not choose the right exchanges.
I think that it is better to play 28.Qxc4 Qf3 29.Qa4 and white is not worse
because the black king has also probvlems.

again I think the +2.15 is too optimistic
I believe that chess system tal is not going to win this position against better
programs.

I believe that 59.Rd2 could save the game for Fritz.
Fritz simply forgot to move the king to the game.
