What do you expect? Play 100 round robin? 500?
If you play a tournament, there will be (at least) one participant who gets the
most points. Then he is the WINNER (of this tournament). And if this tournament
is called WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, the winner is the WORLD CHAMPION.
What about soccer, the teams also play only few games to become world champion.
The winner doesn't deserve this??? Who decides who deserves what? You? Me? Based
on what?

I admit I am very curious awaiting your answer.
