These are 2 different pairs of shoes. If your program becomes WCh and you claim to have the best/strongest program, anyone could argue about that. OK. Finally: The winner of a championship is the champion. Period. He may be no.1 or no.100 in any kind of ranking list but he is still the winner of that championship=champion so that he deserves the 'title', reasonable and justified. It has nothing to do if he is the best overall. He was just the best in that special tournament. Nothing more. Nothing less.
