At 4 hours every two weeks, you'd better have some hell of a machine learner
picking things up on ICC, or you'll never make it.  I don't want to discourage
you in the least, but I think that 4 hours every two weeks is not very much time
to construct a solid contender.

But I could be wrong.  Why don't we ask? :)  Hey everybody in the U2600 club,
how long have you been working on your programs?  (guess total hours if you can
:-)
