I won't make the claim that any program is stronger; however, I'll wait until
many test games have been played between the top programs.  On the last round of
SSDF testing, the 16 bit versions of Fritz and Hiarcs defeated Shredder 2 by
scores of 25-15 and 23.5 to 16.5.  While it is entirely possible that Shredder 3
has made tremendous improvement, I don't think that one can make a valid claim
of superiority based on a handful of games.
