I know they are on the CD, but if you are saying they are in a folder without me
putting them there - that is quite amazing!

If that amazing thing is true, wouldn't I have to load the Tablebase 1.0 engine
(for endgame) in order to have access to the tablebases? If not, then what is
that engine for?

I only installed the Hiarcs 7.32 on my harddrive; I did nothing else regarding
copying files related to tablebases. When I start up the program WITHOUT the CD,
it says "Initializing Tablebases". I believe this happens only to say it will
generate the tablebases if they are loaded via folder, CD, or whatever - am I
wrong?

By the way, you're quite welcome to join the Hiarcs 7.32 Confusion Club - if you
to that is. :)
