Michael,
What do you mean by "analysis"?  Be specific!  Using the CM6000 main program,
you can enter a line of play between two human players then save it as a "game"
for later reloading and replay. Using the Opening Book Editor (a separate
program), you can enter opening lines and build your own opening book, including
variations. Using the database (from the File menu in the main program), you can
construct your own database of games, which could be different lines proceeding
from a common position (i.e. analysis).
