I assume you mean the contents of the "Think Lines" window when you say
"analysis". If I am correct, then these cannot be printed. HOWEVER, you can use
the "Auto-Annotate/Analyze" feature (give it a good amount of time per move, at
least 30 seconds, but preferably as much time as you can wait), which will put
text into the annotation window. Use the Annotation window (The
"Auto-Annotation" and Analysis tabs specifically) in conjunction with the move
list window to view Chessmaster's analysis.

THEN, if you want to re-visit this game, you should save it. If you save it in
CMG format (the default), then all of this data will be saved along with the
game. If you save it in PGN, CM will ask you which type of annotation you want
to export along with the move list. Choose "Analysis" and the data will be
saved.

Also, if you want to save your own annotations, there is a "Player" tab in the
Annotation window in which you can write your own comments.

Hope this helps!
