That is, instead of one site (Paderborn), have several sites around the world, each with a TD to ensure the rules are followed. One benefit of this idea is that a hotel or other tournament hall is unnecessary. With a smaller groups of people, a home, office or motel room could function as a site. With reduced travel times, more rounds could be held. Worth talking about, anyway. Will (ps zek = andy)
