Subject: What's my Elo rating with a AMD K6-2 450 MHz?

Greetings,
I have a chance to buy a AMD K6-2 450 MHz with 64MB RAM and 6.4GB hard drive for
$750 (US), including shipping & taxes. I'm very tempted. I'm getting tired of
being the slowest kid on the block with this old i486 dx/2 66Mz, although it has
given good service for the past five years. My big question is: What Elo chess
rating will this give me with some popular chess playing software titles such as
Chessmaster 6000 and Hiarcs 7.32? I'm guessing it will be in the 2550-2600 Elo
range. Is that about right??? I note that Shep assigns those titles a 2600+
Elo rating with a 550MHz Pentium system. Also the SSDF Rating List indicates a
2570+ rating for those titles, although I'm not sure what equipment they used.
Thanks!
JRM
