Probably because the game was operated MANUALLY so there is time delay between
recognizing the programs move and entering this move in the other program.

>2. Doesn't publishing this game break your license agreement?

Which one? CSTal? It says it is not allowed to publish SERIES of AUTOPLAYED
games. The game above doesn't fulfill even one of the 2 points.
