Actually, I think it was wrong to even mention it because it is not really significant IMO. A small bug probably (program should execute "force move" if remaining time is 0), but I am not a bureaucrat who mercilessly says "I don't care if the game is drawn, you violated your time control!". :) I just wanted to mention it because I found it interesting, that's all.
