I'm not shure what Uri exactly means, but may be he has something in mind
like the Sonneborn-Berger ranking.
Here some programs:

Rank Program Sonneborn-Berger

 1 Shredder 22.0
 2 Ferret 21.25
 3 Junior 20.00
 4 Hiarcs 18.5
 5 Cilkchess 17.75
 6 DarkThought 17.25
 7 Fritz 16.5
 8 Rebel 15.75
 9 LambChop 14.5
10 ChessTiger 13.25
11 Nimzo 12.75
12 Virtual_Chess_X 12.5

Here Junior is 3. instead of 5.
Hiarcs is 4. instead of 10.
Fritz is 7. instead of 3.

Kind regards
Bernhard
