The plus side of writing a manual, though, is the fun you can have when someone calls up to rant about it. "Your documentation SUCKS! Tell the author he's a f***ing idiot!" "I won't have to, sir; you just did." -- followed by an awkward silence, a soft *click*, and a dial tone. That's always good for some *monster* laughs! :-D
