I see at the Millennium Chess Genius site (www.computerchess.com/) the following: "Registered users of Shredder 3.0 and ChessGenius 6 get the MCS Engine Shredder 3 free of charge! A "must" for every chess enthusiast!" BIG THRILLS! - This doesn't help me. I already spent too much money on numerous chess programs and engines, the latest being Hiarcs7.32 (and I got the upgrade price on this one from ChessBaseUSA for $32). I find it strange that the Millenium company (or producer's of Shredder), doesn't see it as fair to give Chess Genius 6 owner's (like myself), an upgrade price to their other engines. Come'on Millennium guys, don't you want to sell me all your different chess engines, opening books & programs, just like the Chess Base guys have done? Go figure... mrslug - the chess software addict!
