Hello all, I was just wondering how often each type of ending might occur in practical play? For instance, KRP-KR is very frequent but what of the others? Does anyone know what the relative frequencies are for the various endings- let's say just the five piece endings. How many times does KQP-KQ arise, and what of KNP-KN, KBP-KB etc. etc. etc.??? If anyone has a large (say 1M games) database of games and the endings key "Finale" or something similar (which I have only heard of), would they mind generating a few statistics to get an idea of the prevalence of the endings?
