Otherwise I can produce some games that would suggest Crafty has a blitz rating of 3600, which would mean no GM has a chance at blitz chess. And that would be wrong. Badly wrong. What time control did the above match use? Not many GM players will sit down and play 6 40/wgames, since the typical game takes 6 hours or more. And one game per day is all they will do. That is a week.
