Hi Chris and Jesus, This is my opinion also. I think faster processors will favor the Tortoise. With opening books getting bigger and better and the advent of tablebases to handle the endgames that just leaves the middlegame. I think that a program with positional knowledge will have the edge. I've read that the new Fritz has more knowledge than previous versions so perhaps they've come to the same conclusions too.
