I tried to do this some months ago by installing the rsh service
on a NT workstation and running Winboard under Win98.  After
several hours, I gave up.  According to Tim Mann, it should
work, but he hasn't tried it himself. If you have better luck,
please let me know.

BTW, I didn't try using NT to NT.
